Site Administrator - Dundee
First people solutions are looking for a site administrator for a 2 year contract initially part time flexible hours then progressing to full time flexible hours.

The job spec is as follows:

The principle duties and responsibilities include:

* Manage the receipt, filing, scanning, printing and distribution of drawings, specifications and the like.
* The receipt, filing, scanning, printing and distribution of other documents including health & safety documentation, site records, daily diaries and suchlike. These records will be both electronic and hardcopy.
* Other general administrative duties include updating electronic and hard copy drawings, maintaining office consumables supplies (print paper, stationery, copier ink, site refreshments, etc.),
* Managing meeting room bookings,
* Receiving visitors,
* Occasionally serving visitor and meeting refreshments, and general site office support to site management.
* Occasionally Booking travel, hire cars, taxis, and hotel reservations.
* Proficient with, and an experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software and have reasonable keyboard skills.
* Requirement to log on to the Clients portal to upload and download drawings, specifications and the like.
* Being reliable, presentable, flexible toward work tasks and adaptable.

Other details:

* The role is based on site in Dundee. You will be required to complete a brief H&S induction and comply with site rules.
* You will be seated in the open plan civils production office or in the reception/reprographics area.
* You will report to the civils Project Manager.
* The vacancy is available immediately and the employment term is for the duration of the project at Dundee (completion is scheduled for around November 2019).
* The position is a part time PAYE position commencing with 24hrs/week, hours flexible. As the project becomes busier, the role may require more hours (possibly full time) and these can also be flexible.
