A unique opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Project Coordinator to join my client at their UK Head Office in Staines Middlesex, this client is a Sunday Times Top 100 Employer and therefore applications are now being accepted for experienced Project Project Coordinators looking for that work-life balance.
The role is 22 hours per week and can be worked over 3 or 5 days (subject to agreement).
The project administrator will be supporting the delivery of projects within the business. Effectively coordinating work externally and internally stakeholders for small projects.
* Manage project documentation with customers. * Respond to customer's requests for information. * Liaise with resourcing to source dates and technical personnel. * Provide information to project teams and request information accordingly. * Produce project documentation. * Support all project coordinators and Programme managers as appropriate.
